The newest release of Cognigy.AI, v4.18 comes with a slew of enhancements that elevate the usability and functionality of our robust Conversational AI platform.
One of the latest improvements adds the ability to increase the color contrast for Node labels in the Flow Editor. The new setting is available under "My Profile" and outomatically optimizes the contrast to make Cognigy.AI more accessible.
Another improved functionality is the more sophisticated highlighting of search results within the Edit Node sidebar. Labels are now highlighted when a search term is identified within in a settings block, even if the view is collapsed.
Improved by allowing to close the Journey wizard by pressing the Escape key.
Improved by adding more meaningful descriptions to fields of the Send SMTP Email Node.
Upgrade internal WebchatWidget to v2.39.0.
