Nominations for the Cognigy.AI 2026 Awards open on October 15, 2025, and run through January 15, 2026. We can’t wait to celebrate all your incredible achievements at Nexus 2026!
Award Categories
Remarkably designed CX using state-of-the-art AI solutions.
Use cases are welcome with a distinctive customer-first ethos, Agentic AI, AI agent personalities, multi-modal experiences or full-scale self-service capabilities.
Your entry should showcase how your organization has achieved some of the following milestones:
- Significantly enhanced customer or employee experiences with Agentic AI
- Successfully reimagined or expertly orchestrated CX journeys, ensuring seamless interactions with customers at every touchpoint. (e.g. multilingual, multi-channel)
- Saved time for employees on mundane tasks
- Elevated CSAT or Net Promoter Score (NPS)
Use cases are welcome that implemented best-in-class Cognigy.AI capabilities: Agent Copilot, Voice AI, Agentic AI.
Your entry should showcase how your organization has achieved some of the following milestones:
- Attained noteworthy improvements in agent satisfaction and retention rates, demonstrating a focus on a contented workforce.
- Demonstrated tangible improvements in critical contact center metrics, including:
- Average Handle Time (AHT)
- First Call Resolution (FCR)
- Average Speed of Answer (ASA), queue durations, or wait time
- Abandonment rate
Use cases are welcome from organizations who have succeeded in making Cognigy.AI an integral part of their tech-stack and build AI Agents at scale.
Your entry should showcase how your organization has achieved some of the following milestones:
- Center of Excellence for Conversational AI or Agentic AI
- Deployed more than 5 AI Agent projects with Cognigy.AI (regions, languages, use cases)
- Dedicated Team or Partner for Cognigy.AI who maintains and builds bots for different business units or sells Cognigy.AI internally and enables business units to build their own AI agents
Groundbreaking, innovative, or unconventional use of Cognigy.AI.
Use cases are welcome that through transformative approaches/integrations, turn Cognigy.AI into a powerhouse of tech innovation.
Your entry should showcase how your organization has achieved some of the following milestones:
- Implemented Cognigy.AI capabilities e.g. Agentic AI, Gen.AI, xApps, Voice Gateway, Knowledge AI,...
- Deployed omnichannel solutions that allow for multimodality across all customer touchpoints
- Combined Congigy.AI and IoT
- Customized your Cognigy.AI solution uniquely
- Reduced technology infrastructure costs
- Achieved increased revenue or efficiency gains.
Projects from 2025, as well as successful pilots, are welcome.
