San Francisco | Düsseldorf (March 11, 2024) — The recent Cognigy Experience Summit (CXS) 2024 brought together numerous industry leaders, who took center stage and made a lasting impact on the landscape of customer and agent experiences. Welcoming over 400 attendees from more than 160 enterprises, the summit underscored the potency of collaborative efforts and a shared commitment to elevating customer service standards with AI Agents.

At the core of this immersive event was a palpable sense of community, evident in every discussion and session.

The summit featured a notable lineup of speakers, including representatives from adidas, Allianz, Vux World, Lufthansa, Lidl/Kaufland (Schwarz Group), Ergo, Virgin Pulse, Avaya, Deloitte, Conversational Design Institute (CDI), Microsoft, Genesys, and Toyota presenting their AI Roadmap together with a talking car on stage.

The presenters’ contributions were instrumental in fostering an environment of learning and shared wisdom, significantly contributing to the overall success of CXS 2024. Attendees could get first-hand information on Cognigy’s tech and advancements at the famous Techlabs or in tech deep dive sessions.

It was an absolute pleasure to attend the CXS, and I must say, it exceeded all expectations. The organization was impeccable, the discussions were enlightening, and the topics covered were incredibly relevant. We at Konica Minolta Business Solutions Europe have been leveraging Cognigy for the past few years, and our experience has been nothing short of phenomenal. The summit provided a stage to exchange fascinating ideas, and even though it's only been two weeks since the event, we're already eagerly anticipating next year's gathering!

The event also honored outstanding achievements in bringing AI Agents into the business with the inaugural Cognigy Awards.
