Cognigy.AI v4.15 now includes the ability to enable Expert Mode in the Transcript Explorer of Cognigy Insights. With this functionality, users can access additional information such as detected Slots and the classified Intent in addition to the actual transcript of conversations.
Other new features & functions include:
Cognigy Insights: Show data for all Snapshots
This release adds a branch new filter option for Snapshots - customers will now be able to select "All" Snapshots in the global filters.
