Cognigy.AI v4.5 brings new features that extend Cognigy.AI's capabilities to handle export and import packages.
With Cognigy packages, we have introduced the ability to export/import individual resources in order to move them between virtual agents. With this release, we have added the ability to select multiple resources when exporting a package. We have also added the ability to resolve conflicts and pick resolution strategies when importing those packages once again.
