From the ability to ingest web content in Knowledge AI to the new native Salesforce integration for AI Copilot, here’s what’s in store with Cognigy.AI v4.68.

Train AI Agents with Web Content at Speed

Knowledge AI from Cognigy harnesses the synergy of Generative AI and semantic search to transform the way enterprises handle informational queries and elevate the effectiveness of customer interactions. With simple file uploads, it converts existing documents into rich, searchable knowledge sources while automatically creating knowledge-based AI Agents that deliver precise, hyper-personalized answers to any customer questions.

Expanding its capabilities, we’re excited to introduce the new Web Connector in Knowledge AI that allows you to ingest web-based information into your Knowledge Store at the click of a button. This empowers enterprises to incorporate new types of content and maintain continuously evolving knowledge-based AI Agents more easily.

As an illustration, I created my first art assistant within seconds using an article on various painting styles. Note that the AI Agent is not limited to offering readily searchable answers, such as explaining 'What is Expressionism?'. It is also adept at providing more implicit, nuanced insights, like the differences between Impressionism and Expressionism, by extracting and summarizing relevant information within the content.

Readily Embed AI Copilot into Salesforce Service Console

Cognigy.AI v4.68 additionally features the new native integration into Salesforce Service Cloud for AI Copilot. With this integration, AI Copilot can be embedded seamlessly into the Service Console with minimal configuration effort. Once the Handover and Copilot Flows have been set up, you can easily select Salesforce Service Cloud as the Handover Provider within Cognigy.AI. All necessary information like sessionId, orgId, projectId, userId, and configId will be forwarded during the transfer of conversations to the service agent, allowing you to connect the right session and dynamically update the AI Copilot Widgets in real-time within the Service Console.
