As Virtual Agents expand in size and intricacy, Flows can grow quite big. With Cognigy.AI 4.26 it is now easier than ever to manage large Flows: With the new function "Create Flow from branch" parts of a large Flow can be compartmentalized and turned into independent Flows with a few clicks.
