The latest Cognigy.AI v4.7 allows users to create Playbooks directly from the transcript stored in Contact Profiles. That enables bot designers to test any bot changes against production data and greatly speed up Q&A processes.
Other new features & functions include:
Hiding Endpoints: This release adds the possibility to hide integrated Endpoints by defining an additional blacklist of technical Endpoint names. This can be used by on-premise customers to hide certain Endpoints they don't want to offer to their customers.
Dependencies in Packages: This release adds automatic dependency recognition when you select the resources you want to include in a Package. For all of the resources you selected to Export, Cognigy.AI will show all of the dependencies and allow you to choose which dependencies you still want in the Package.
More improvements:
- Improved the order of the fields in the quick reply overlay form
- Changed the order of zoom controls in the Flow Editor
- Visual changes to the upload Snapshot button
- Changed labels for data management and NLU language
