Cognigy.AI v4.11 now includes the ability to apply custom themes to Cognigy Insights. Using this feature, the UI of Cognigy Insights can be styled according to individual requirements. .
Other new features & functions include:

Added a JSON field to Webchat Endpoint Editor to configure additional settings not available in the GUI
