This release of Cognigy.AI introduces wide-ranging usability enhancements on both the Cognigy.AI Virtual Agents and Live Agent. 

Improvements for Cognigy.AI Virtual Agents

  • Improved by making the tooltips and toggles accessible

  • Improved by adding the option to disable collection of Intent Trainer Records in the Blind Mode Node

  • Improved by forwarding profile information to Ring Central Engage platform

  • Improved by routing to the run step details panel from task menu

  • Improved by adding a collapsible panel to show resource details of a playbook run

  • Improved by adding an option to the Match Pattern Node, to use the full text of a system slot in match patterns

  • Improved by not allowing the last admin of an organisation to get deleted from the system

Improvements for Cognigy Live Agent

  • Improved by adding support to remember the first accessed URL path and redirecting to it after login successfully

  • Improved by removing resolve functionality from the mute operation. Previously, whenever an agent would mute a conversation, the conversation would be automatically resolved
