Cognigy.AI v4.6 comes with better support for business users designing voice experiences: Voice Gateway message are now part of if Interaction Panel and give a better overview of conversation metadata.
Under the hood, we also changed caching of the core objects used while processing user inputs - this leads to a huge performance improvement of the platform.
