Cognigy.AI v4.83 introduces more flexibility in adding or deleting Source Tags in Knowledge AI and native integration with 11Labs' new Turbo v2.5 model.
Flexible Source Tag Management in Knowledge AI
In Cognigy Knowledge AI, Source Tags are a powerful tool to resolve the issue of overlapping information types and enhance search precision.
Taking the example of an automotive manufacturer, the Knowledge Store may contain user manuals for various car models. These manuals often share identical content types and structures. By applying Source Tags to identify specific car models, you can ensure that the AI Agent accurately retrieves information only from the right manual.
With this release, you now have the full ability to add or remove Source Tags from existing Knowledge Sources, providing greater control and efficiency over Knowledge AI management.
Native Integration with 11Labs Turbo v2.5
Turbo v2.5 is 11Labs’ latest high-performance low-latency speech synthesizer, offering a 3x speed boost for 31 non-English languages over its predecessor. It also introduces support for Vietnamese, Hungarian, and Norwegian languages while allegedly improving English TTS performance by 25%. With our expanded 11Labs native integration, connecting to Turbo is now faster and more seamless than ever.
