This release includes several enhancements to GenAI settings and Cognigy Webchat experiences.
Cognigy.AI
- Removed the model selection for the deprecated GPT Conversation Node from the Generative AI Settings section in Manage > Settings
- Added the Legacy label to the
claude-3-opusmodel to reflect its deprecation by Anthropic as of June 30, 2025. The expected removal date for this model is January 2026. - Added the capability to display typing indicators to end users in Webchat v3 when using Genesys Cloud Open Messaging
Cognigy Webchat
- Updated Webchat v3 and Demo Webchat to v3.26.0
