This week at Customer Contact Week (CCW) 2023, Enterprise Conversational AI (ECAI) market leader Cognigy will be on hand to highlight its ECAI platform, Cognigy.AI. Face-to-face conversations will take place in Cognigy’s booth #527 and will include the company’s new, multi-modal customer experience capability, xApps.  

At the event, Cognigy will conduct a featured workshop with customer Frontier Airlines that examines best practices, lessons learned, and tangible benefits realized along the airline’s journey to transform customer experiences using Conversational AI. This workshop will take place on Tuesday, June 20, from 3:30-5:00 p.m.
