Improved Data Management in Insights and More with Cognigy.AI v4.42

Cognigy.AI v4.42 features the addition of a new Data Expiration indicator in Cognigy Insights. It displays the remaining time-to-live of your conversational data before being discarded, allowing you to keep tabs on your data lifecycle and adjust the expiration setting as needed.

Note that by default, data is saved permanently in Cognigy Insights, and the Data Expiration indicator is only available once the expiration value has been configured in the Management UI. When Cognigy products are used daily, the expiration value will remain unchanged, as the countdown starts from the last data update.

Cognigy Virtual Agents

  • Added the opportunity to handle the "user disconnect" event for the RCE handover provider. This event will be handled for supporting endpoints like Webchat with the RCE handover provider.
  • Extended the "Handover to Agent" Flow Node with the capability to pass "additional category IDs" to RingCentral Engage
  • Added the api-ban service to block calls from prohibited IP addresses
  • Added a warning when a Transfer Node is called from the Interaction Panel
  • Added the capability to receive conversationcounter via Open API for the voiceGateway2 channel
  • Improved the Set Session Config Node by adding advanced configuration for Azure TTS and STT
